Promoting Cross-Generational Alignment
SRG Force Sports owes its origin to SRG Athletics. SRG Athletics was created by Gregory Hudson as a performance enhancement initiative through the utilization of a unique weighted suit for land and water-based training called the “SRG Exeleration Suit.” For the many that may not know; the acronym “SRG” represents Set, Ready, Go. Mr. Hudson’s goal was and remains to influence people with the following motivational statement: “Set your goals, Ready your capabilities, and Go to a new level of performance.” The followers of this motto eventually became the SRG Force or pronounced, “Surge Force.”
As the popularity of SRG Force grew; so did the appreciation for the SRG Exeleration Suit. It was featured on the “Edge” with Terry Bradshaw; utilized by professional athletes (football, basketball, track, boxing, swimming, cycling), and Olympic candidates. The SRG Exeleration Suit is manufactured in San Antonio, TX by the Lighthouse for the Blind. This business relationship allowed members of the San Antonio community to learn first-hand about the adaptive talent of the workforce at the Lighthouse for the Blind. The SRG Force continues to grow and collaborate with new partners.
Establish a Cross-Generational Continium for Adaptive Cohesion that pushes past barriers and builds strong relationships that enable success.
Provide and promote cross-generational excellence by bridging the gaps and gaining access to life-enhancing and affirming programs centered around education, fitness, and wellness to build stronger, more cohesive communities.

Tim S. Kaufeldt is the CEO and founder of MilTribe, an online marketplace built specifically to meet the needs of the estimated 40 million current and prior members of the US Military community. Mr. Kaufeldt was born at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Kaufeldt’s father served 22 years as a Senior enlisted Airman, and Mr. Kaufeldt’s mother was a Civil Servant working with the US Air Force and NSA. Like many Military families, Mr. Kaufeldt’s childhood through high school was spent in a constant state of PCS and on a tight budget – the inspiration for MilTribe.
After a 10-year career in Operations Management with United Parcel Service (UPS), Mr. Kaufeldt founded Scarab Consulting, a San Antonio-based litigation support company, which quickly became the standard for quality and innovation in the Texas market. After selling his ownership in Scarab, Mr. Kaufeldt founded a concierge computer forensics company called MercuryIQ, which quickly became the primary provider for services to the City of New York, and was acquired 18 months later. In his 12 years of hands-on experience in digital forensics and electronic discovery, Mr. Kaufeldt has worked on multiple complex litigations that have required testimony in both Local and Federal Court, and required international engagement in countries such as England and Kuwait.
With MilTribe, Mr. Kaufeldt now seeks to leverage his years of entrepreneurial lessons, successes, and failures to build a “Giving First” organization to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Military families, especially among the Spouse and Veteran populations.
